As you can imagine, being a community care worker, you will need to show that you promote the opportunity for service users to live in the community for as long as possible, by providing care and support to individuals that keeps them in harmony with their families.
You will handle and have individual responsibility for the personal care and support needs of service users, under indirect supervision of a senior member of staff.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be to undertake the care and support work with the sensitivity required to provide services in a way, which will preserve the dignity, privacy, choice, independence, fulfilment and rights of the service user and his/her usual carer/ family members.

The recruitment process does take time, we need two professional references and may require additional character references, we'll need to obtain an enhanced disclosure report from the Criminal Records Bureau and then provide you with the necessary induction & on-going training.
